Fabrication & installation

• Cutting: Use a diamond blade or carbide blade with fine teeth.
• Drilling: HSS or carbide drill bit at low feed rate.
• PPE: Respirator, safety glasses and gloves during fabrication.
• Sealing: Cut edges must be sealed with compatible resin for full corrosion protection.
• Fasteners: Use stainless fasteners (A4) in marine and chemical environments.
