Fabrication & installation

  • • Cutting: Use a diamond blade or carbide blade with fine teeth.
  • • Drilling: HSS or carbide drill bit at low feed rate.
  • • PPE: Respirator, safety glasses and gloves during fabrication.
  • • Sealing: Cut edges must be sealed with compatible resin for full corrosion protection.
  • • Fasteners: Use stainless fasteners (A4) in marine and chemical environments.
