Byggkomposit works to reduce environmental impact across the entire value chain — from product selection and transport to installation and decommissioning.
Long service life
GRP has a service life of 25+ years without maintenance, reducing resource consumption compared with steel and wood that require painting, surface treatment or replacement.
EPD and Byggvarubedömningen
Our suppliers have EPDs (Environmental Product Declarations) per EN 15804, and the products are registered in Byggvarubedömningen.
Transport and packaging
We optimise transports, consolidate deliveries and use recyclable packaging materials where possible.
Continuous improvement
We monitor, measure and continuously improve our environmental work following the principles of ISO 14001.
