GRP – a sustainable alternative to steel, aluminum and wood

Byggkomposit is a supplier of GRP – a light, strong and corrosion-resistant composite material for construction and industry.

GRP, which is a composite material with a thermoset matrix combined with glass fiber threads, is used for, among other things, footbridges, stairs, railings, gratings and other structures where low weight, long technical service life, non-conductive, minimal maintenance and good resistance to weather, moisture and chemicals are important.
