Stairs, platforms, ladders and walkways are manufactured in pultruded glass-reinforced polymer with a grit anti-slip surface and colour-marked edges. The material is electrically insulating and can be supplied with a documented fire rating. Fire rating and chemical resistance should always be verified against technical documentation for the medium and project conditions concerned.
Combine freely with our Dura Grating, Dura Handrail and Dura Tread products for a uniform, corrosion-resistant access structure in a single material.

We provide material data for our d² composite products so that engineers and designers can plan load-bearing structures. Load, span and dimensioning should always be verified against current technical documentation and the project's conditions.
Byggkomposit designs, manufactures and delivers cost-effective, practical and safe GRP access structures based on the proven components d² Dura Profile, Dura Grating and Dura Handrail. They are non-conductive and corrosion-resistant and can be supplied with chemical-resistant properties — an alternative with low self-weight and long service life compared with steel, other metals and timber. Chemical resistance should be verified against the medium concerned.
Our specialist team fabricates projects at Dura Composites' own workshop in East Anglia, certified to ISO 9001 — the international standard for quality management. With the latest technology, including CNC-controlled machines, detailed and custom-designed structures are produced with high precision.
We offer a range of stepover systems that can be configured based on stair configuration, height and obstacle width for your specific project. Both straight solutions and U-shaped 180° turns are available as standard.
