FIVE PRODUCT AREAS

Coordinated solutions from substructure to finished surface

The products can be used individually or combined into complete systems for balconies, terraces, roof areas and facades.

Aluminium offers low weight, high dimensional stability and good corrosion resistance. Porcelain provides a hard-wearing, dense surface with very low water absorption. Together with matched support systems and balustrading, they create solutions where function, safety and architecture work as one.

ALUMINIUM DECKING

Lightweight, fire-classified decking for balconies and terraces

Dura Deck Aluminium is a hard-wearing decking system for balconies, terraces, walkways and other raised external areas. Its low weight simplifies transport and installation, while the powder-coated aluminium surface gives a consistent finish and low maintenance requirements.

The range includes free-draining solutions, where water passes between the boards, and positive drainage profiles that channel rainwater to designated discharge points. The right build-up is selected according to balcony size, structure and water management requirements.

Selected aluminium decking achieves fire classification A2fl-s1 to EN 13501-1 and is developed for projects with demanding requirements on reaction to fire.

Key benefits

Low weight

Lightweight aluminium profiles simplify transport, handling and installation.

Documented fire classification

Selected systems achieve A2fl-s1 to EN 13501-1.

Drainage to suit

Choose between free drainage and profiles with positive drainage.

Long service life

Corrosion-resistant aluminium and a durable finish keep maintenance low.

PORCELAIN DECKING

Hard-wearing porcelain planks with a natural appearance

Dura Deck Inspire is a porcelain decking range for balconies, roof terraces, podiums and shared external areas. The planks combine the durability of porcelain with a varied timber-effect finish, giving the look of a premium timber deck without the recurring maintenance.

The material has very low water absorption and resists moisture, frost, staining and temperature movement. The dense surface is easy to clean and well suited to areas with heavy foot traffic.

The porcelain planks achieve fire classification A1 to EN 13501-1 and can be used where the most demanding reaction-to-fire requirements apply.

Key benefits

A1 fire classification

Porcelain decking achieves the highest European reaction-to-fire class.

Very low water absorption

The dense surface resists moisture, frost and temperature movement.

Hard-wearing surface

Porcelain withstands heavy foot traffic and resists scratching and staining.

Timber-effect finish

Varied patterns and tones create a natural appearance with low maintenance.

ALUMINIUM CLADDING

Contemporary cladding with documented fire performance

Dura Cladding Aluminium is a facade system for new build and refurbishment of residential, commercial and public buildings. The slim aluminium profiles create a clean, contemporary facade and can be installed horizontally or vertically.

The concealed fixing system delivers crisp lines without visible screws. The low weight of aluminium simplifies handling and installation, while the durable finish resists weather, UV exposure and everyday wear.

Selected cladding systems achieve fire classification A2-s1,d0 to EN 13501-1. Always confirm that the classification applies to the complete specified build-up, including finish, profiles and supporting structure.

Key benefits

A2-s1,d0 fire classification

Selected systems offer documented fire performance for demanding facade projects.

Horizontal or vertical

The profiles give architects freedom to create different lines and facade rhythms.

Concealed fixings

Fixings are hidden for a clean, uninterrupted visual result.

Low maintenance

Aluminium cladding does not normally need repainting or corrosion treatment.

ALUMINIUM SUPPORT SYSTEM

Substructure for decking, terraces and cladding

Dura Aluminium System is a modular support system of bearers and adjustable pedestals for aluminium decking, porcelain decking and other raised floor solutions.

The system allows build-up height, bearer centres and profile selection to be adapted to the substrate and structure of each project. Adjustable pedestals simplify levelling and can be used to create an even surface over solid substrates.

The aluminium profiles can also be used as battens and substructure for selected cladding systems, allowing decking, facade and adjoining elements to be coordinated within one system approach.

Selected parts of the system are available with A2 fire classification. Always check current product documentation before stating a fire classification for a complete build-up.

Key benefits

Adjustable build-up height

Pedestals and bearers combine to suit project levels and substrates.

Low weight

Aluminium components are easy to transport, cut and install.

Modular design

The system adapts to deck type, loading and required construction depth.

Multiple applications

Profiles serve as decking substructure and as battens in selected cladding systems.

ALUMINIUM BALUSTRADING

Modular balustrading for balconies and modern building systems

d² Quickspan Balustrading is a modular aluminium balustrade system for balconies, access decks and other raised building elements. It is designed to integrate with Quickspan beams and aluminium decking to form a coordinated balcony solution.

Balustrade sections can be supplied fully or partly pre-assembled. This reduces the number of loose components, simplifies work on site and supports consistent quality across repeated balcony modules.

The system suits prefabricated balconies, refurbishment schemes, bolt-on balconies and projects using offsite construction methods.

Requirements for height, loading, fixings and infill should always be verified for the specific project.

Key benefits

Modular system

Components are designed to work together with the balcony decking and structure.

Pre-assembled sections

Fully or partly pre-assembled balustrades can reduce work and site operations.

Low weight

Aluminium makes sections easier to transport, position and install.

Project-specific design

Balustrades, fixings and infills are designed to suit balcony layout and loading.
