d2 GRP Standard
d2 GRP Standard is a moulded GRP mesh grating for walkways, platforms and work surfaces. It offers load capacity in both directions, low self-weight and a 25-year guarantee under the manufacturer's terms. Height, panel size and colour are selected from load, clear span, supports and visibility requirements.
d2 GRP Standard is a moulded GRP mesh grating for long-term use in industrial and other demanding environments. Load capacity and deflection are verified against the load tables for the selected height and span.
The material is corrosion resistant, electrically insulating and non-magnetic. It does not rust and is used in damp, chemically exposed or electrically sensitive environments. Chemical resistance must be verified against the actual medium and concentration.
The low self-weight simplifies transport, cutting and handling on site and can shorten installation time. The material normally requires no painting, galvanising or corrosion treatment during its service life.
The grating has a gritted anti-slip surface and is available in dark grey, yellow and green. Slip requirements are assessed against the actual environment of use.
