Dome Washer
Dome-shaped washer fixed directly to the load-bearing substructure.
- •Sizes: Micro, Small, Large, Extra Large
- •Recessed screw – Extra Large uses a hex-head screw
- •Fitted directly to the substrate
- •Design minimises trip hazard
- •Cost-effective solution
M Clip
Low-profile recessed clip for direct fixing.
- •Depths: Shallow, Deep, Extra deep
- •Fitted directly to the substrate
- •Recessed design – protrudes only 1.5 mm above the bearer
- •Compatible with M6 hex socket screw
J Clamp
Friction clamp for installations where screw/bolt fixing to the substrate is not possible.
- •Variants: Straight, Offset
- •Friction fitting – no tightening required from below
- •Compatible with M8 bolt (M8 square nut required)
- •Several variants available depending on grating and project
Square Recessed Clip
Heavy-duty recessed square clip for direct fixing.
- •Sizes: Small, Large
- •Direct fixing to the substrate
- •Heavy duty – for tougher environments
- •Compatible with several fixing systems
- •Recessed design – protrudes only 1.5 mm
Uni-Strut Clamp
Mid-span panel-to-panel correction — ideal for joints.
- •Ideal at panel joggles
- •Friction clamp – reduces height differences
- •Compatible with M8 bolt
- •Requires M8 Easyfix nut
Channel Clamp
Channel clamp for structural panel joints in U-profile or channel beams.
- •Friction clamp
- •Structural panel joint
- •Used where direct screw/bolt fixing is not permitted
- •Compatible with M8 bolt (M8 square nut required)
Jaw Clamp
Clamp for quick attachment to a beam without drilling.
- •Friction clamp
- •Used where direct screw/bolt fixing is not permitted
- •Can be combined with Large Dome Washer or Square Recessed Clip
G Clamp
M6 bolt fixing for joining panels together.
- •M6 stainless bolt fixing
- •Used to join panels to one another
- •Not suitable for Micro mesh
- •Ensure support is provided close to panel joints for extra support
Recessed Collar
Recessed collar for concealed through-fixing.
- •Variants: Deep, Shallow
- •Provides a flush top surface with a recessed screw head
- •Combined with a suitable screw fixed to the substrate
