GRP stair tread covers for existing stairways
Dura Tread stair tread covers are installed over existing treads in steel, concrete or timber, combining a gritted anti-slip surface with a clearly marked leading edge.
Anti-slip cover and a clearer leading edge in one product
The cover spans most of the walking surface of the step. The gritted surface improves grip, while the contrasting leading edge makes the change in level easier to see.
The product is non-structural and relies on the existing tread being stable and in good enough condition. A cover does not repair or strengthen a damaged tread.
Covers can be cut to the width of the stairway and fixed with mechanical fixings or a suitable adhesive system, selected to suit substrate, traffic and environment.

Installation
